Andrew Gyopar, better known as Andrew G, is a Melbourne-based theatre producer, creative director and presenter whose work spans live performance, media and community engagement.

With a career that began in radio in the early 1990s, Andrew has become a well-known voice in the Australian arts scene, recognised for his fresh approach to theatre-making, his commitment to nurturing talent and passion for inclusive storytelling.

Beyond the Stage

Outside the rehearsal room, Andrew is the host of Showtime with Andrew G, a podcast and video series featuring conversations with creatives and leaders from the world of arts, entertainment and beyond. Drawing on his experience as a producer and broadcaster, he brings audiences closer to the people, stories and ideas shaping the creative industries.

Andrew G is also a regular contributor to arts and entertainment media, sharing his perspective on the industry through commentary and editorial contributions to publications and broadcasters including Stage Whispers and JOY Radio.
