Ellen Sandell is the Member for Melbourne in the State Parliament of Victoria, the Deputy Leader of the Victorian Greens and the Greens Spokesperson for The Arts. During lockdown I caught up with Eleen over Zoom to talk about Melbourne being Australia’s cultural capital and funding for grassroots arts organisations (including community theatre).
